By downloading or using AdZombie Loot ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Free to Play — No Purchase Required (AMOE)

AdZombie Loot is entirely free. You never pay money to participate. No purchase is necessary to enter the lottery or stake tickets.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Users may enter the sweepstakes at no cost via a free daily ticket, available once every 24 hours, without watching any advertisement. Watching rewarded ads is entirely optional and provides additional tickets, but is never required to participate or to be eligible to win. This free daily ticket has identical weight and value in the lottery draw as any ticket earned through ad viewing.

3. Ticket Economy

• Each confirmed ad view awards 1 ticket (subject to streak bonuses).
• Tickets have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• The lottery prize pool is funded entirely by ad revenue — we never pay out more than the app earns.
• Prize pool amounts and lottery frequency may change based on ad revenue.

4. Lottery

• The Daily Lottery draws a winner automatically every 24 hours once the jackpot threshold is reached.
• Winner selection is weighted by tickets entered — more tickets = higher probability, but no win is guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to void a draw if we detect fraud or technical error and re-run it fairly.

5. Staking

Staking locks your tickets and earns daily yield based on your ad-watching tier. Staked tickets cannot be used for lottery entries until unstaked. Yield rates are indicative and may change with sufficient advance notice.

6. Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal is 100 tickets.
• Withdrawals are processed manually within a reasonable time (typically 7–14 business days).
• We may request verification before processing a withdrawal.
• We reserve the right to cancel a withdrawal if we detect fraudulent activity.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to simulate ad views or claim tickets.
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities — report them to us instead.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or API.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all tickets and pending withdrawals.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and code in the App are owned by AdZombie Loot or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific prize pool sizes, or that the App will remain available indefinitely.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdZombie Loot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of tickets due to technical issues beyond our control.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. We may also discontinue the App at any time with reasonable notice posted in-app or on our website.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.
